On occasion THE WLDFLWR CO. offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. THEWLDFLWRCO. ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINE: Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of our control. From time to time, we will conduct audit and sanitization in our warehouse to ensure safety for our fulfillment team. These activities may delay fulfillment by 1-2 business days. Invalid Address Policy:
Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
- Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
- If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
- no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
Missing Package Policy:
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at email@example.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
- Please note that when you place an order with THEWLDFLWRCO., you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
All Sales Are Final* Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, THEWLDFLWRCO. reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
